WLI is a ten month, customized talent development program for high potential, high performing senior level women in corporations, businesses and professional service firms.
This is an unmatched partnership to create a program for women, by women, between Texas Women’s Foundation, with 35 years of experience in women’s issues backed by statewide research, and the Foundation’s Economic Leadership Council, a group comprised of Fortune 500 and Fortune 1,000 women executives, entrepreneurs and business leaders.
This proven program develops women corporate leaders through building a diverse peer network across the state, adding a foundation of leadership skills and creating a tangible toolkit to utilize within a team, across different business functions and throughout an industry. By focusing on developing, retaining and empowering women leaders, WLI strengthens and accelerates the pipeline of women in executive leadership and fosters an environment that is inclusive and celebrates diversity to generate equity.
